- Cancelled Accounts: All data retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
- Account Information: Retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 2 years for security and analytics purposes

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

You can update your account information and production data directly in the Service.
7.3 Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@batchlogic.ai. We will delete your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7.4 Opt-Out of Communications
You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. You cannot opt out of transactional emails related to your account.
7.5 Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
